Download and open the Google Home App. Make sure the Chromecast is plugged into the TV and powered on. Press and hold the button on the back of the Chromecast for at least 25 seconds or until the LED light turns from solid to flashing red. Release the button when the LED light blinks white, and the TV goes blank. The device will then reboot. Once the reboot has been completed, the search for your new device will begin. It should appear in the app as Chromecast found. After it finds your device, select Next.
Follow the instructions until you reach the Connect to Wi-Fi step. Select the three dots in the upper right corner.
Select Show MAC address.
The MAC address will appear in the center of the screen.

Google Chromecast with Google TV
From the Home Screen, go to Settings by selecting the (gear icon), then press enter to access the menu.
In the Settings menu, choose System, and then select About.
In the About menu, choose Status. The Device MAC address should be shown on the right side.
NOTE: The Chromecast with Google TV has MAC address randomization turned on by default. You must turn it off to see the true MAC address of your device. If you need help with this step please submit a ticket.
