On the speaker itself:
On the bottom of your Sonos speaker, you will see its 12-digit alphanumeric MAC Address below the barcode, separated by dashes. Make sure to exclude the last number or letter.

In the Sonos app:
Plug in your device and wait for it to stop flashing green. Download and open the Sonos App to reach the Welcome screen. Next, you will need to create an account or sign in.
Once signed in, you will be directed to the Set up your Sonos speaker screen. Click Continue.
Next, you will be brought to the screen What are you setting up? At the bottom, click Set up Speakers.
The 12-digit alphanumeric MAC Address displayed on this screen is required for the next step. Be careful not to include the last number or letter at the end.
