To connect your macOS computer to the GlobalProtect Virtual Private Network please follow these steps:
Open your web browser and navigate to vpn.upenn.edu. Login with your PennKey username and PennKey password.
You will be re-directed to the GlobalProtect portal page. Select, Download Mac 32/64 bit GlobalProtect agent.
Once selected, your package will download. Once it is finished, click on the GlobalProtect.pkg file.
A new window will open. From here, select Continue.
Enter your computer username and password and click Install Software
Once the installation is successful, Close the install window.
Click on the globe in the menu bar (located at the top right of the screen) and select Get Started.
Type in vpn.upenn.edu as the portal address. Click Connect.
Enter your PennKey username and PennKey password to authenticate.
You are now connected to the GlobalProtect VPN.
