To Clear A Paper Jam From The Rear Of The Printer

Pull the handle to open the rear door.

Pull any paper, trapped under the guide, up and out.

Return the paper guide to its original position. Still do not touch the fuser.

Close the rear door.

To Clear A Paper Jam From The Front Of The Printer

Unlock the tray and remove it entirely from the printer.

Remove any damaged paper from the top of the tray.

Carefully pull any paper trapped inside the printer down and out.

Slide the tray firmly back into position and re-lock it.
