As a student/faculty/staff member of Penn, you are entitled to download the Microsoft O365 suite of applications on both Windows and macOS computers. For some Mac users, when they attempt use Excel they are met with the message (seen below):
"View Only Your account pennkey@upenn.edu doesn't allow for editing on a Mac. To learn more, contact your admin about your Office plan."
If you are met with this message, please navigate to this support article from Microsoft to download and run the License Removal Tool and then to sign back into your Microsoft O365 suite of applications.
