To connect your Android to AirPennNet
1. Open your Settings, then go to your network settings.
This may be called Wi-Fi or Connections depending on the version of Android on your device.
2. Select the AirPennNet network.
(You may need to hold your finger on the network or tap a triple dot menu on your device, to open the detailed view of the network settings)
3. Open your advanced settings.
(It may also be labeled "View More" on some Android devices)
4. Apply these manual configuration settings
- Wireless Network Name (SSID) : AirPennNet
- Security Type : WPA2-Enterprise
- Encryption Type : AES
EAP Method : TTLS
Phase 2 (Inner Method) : PAP
Root CA Certificate(s) : Can use system default certificates on device, when available
Install USERTrust RSA Certification Authority (this root certificate is pre-installed on most OSes so you likely will not have to install it manually)
Domain : Leave blank (Some devices may require a domain, in which case use upenn.edu)
Anonymous Identity (Outer Identity) : Leave blank
Username (Identity) : Your PennKey username
Password : Your PennKey password
Your device should connect automatically to AirPennNet.
