Xbox 360


  1. Go to the System Settings area of the My Xbox Channel.
  2. Select "Network Settings".
  3. Select the "Configure Network" option.
  4. Under the Basic Settings ensure the IP Address and DNS Settings are set to Automatic.
  5. Select "Additional Settings" and then view "Advanced Settings".



  6. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called "Wireless or Wired MAC Address".
  7. Proceed to Step 2.



Xbox One


  1. Go to "My Games and Apps".
  2. Go to "Apps" on the side.
  3. Navigate to the “Settings” page.
  4. Select “Network.”
  5. Select “Advanced Settings”.
  6. Your Wireless MAC address will be listed on the right hand side.
  7. Proceed to Step 2.



Xbox Series X/S


  1. If it isn't already, turn the console on.
  2. On the Xbox controller, press the Xbox button.
  3. From the "Profile and System" menu, select "Settings".
  4. From the "General" section, select "Network Settings".
  5. Select "Advanced Settings".
  6. Make note of the Wireless MAC address displayed on this page.
  7. Proceed to Step 2.

Visit the Penn device registration portal by clicking here.

Once logged in:
1. Enter your 16 digit MAC address.
2. Enter a brief description of your device (Echo, Playstation 4, etc.)
3. Click the 'Register Device' button.

4. Record the password displayed by clicking on the ? next to "How do I connect my device".  You will need this once your device has registered.
