PlayStation 3


  1. From the main menu, navigate "Settings" and then select "System Settings".

  2. Scroll to "System Information".
  3. Now you will see your MAC address at the top of the screen.
  4. Proceed to Step 2.



PlayStation 4


  1. From the main menu, navigate to and select "Settings".
  2. Select the “System” option, under the settings menu.
  3. Select “System Information”.
  4. You will see your MAC address listed on this screen. There are two listed, one for the wired access (LAN Cable) and one for wireless access (Wi-Fi). You will need the wireless one.
  5. Proceed to Step 2.

PlayStation 5


  1. From the main menu, navigate to and select "Settings".
  2. Select the "System" option, under the settings menu.
  3. Select "System Software".
  4. Select "Console Information".
  5. You will see your MAC address listed on this screen. There are two listed, one for the wired access (LAN Cable) and one for wireless access (Wi-Fi). You will need the wireless one.
  6. Proceed to Step 2.



PS Vita


  1. On the PS Vita’s Home screen, go to "Settings".



  2. Once in "Settings," go to "System".
  3. In "System," go to "System Information".
  4. Your Wi-Fi MAC address will be listed here.
  5. Proceed to Step 2.









Step 2

Visit the Penn device registration portal by clicking here.

Once logged in:
1. Enter your 16 digit MAC address.
2. Enter a brief description of your device (Echo, Playstation 4, etc.)
3. Click the 'Register Device' button.

4. Record the password displayed by clicking on the ? next to "How do I connect my device".  You will need this once your device has registered.
